It has been recorded in the books reported by Yahya ibn Yahya, he said, ‘someone asked Malik ibn Anas: ‘O Abu Abdullah, can you teach me a way to memorize?’ He said ‘If it was something that would be a way to memorize, then it would be leaving off the sins’.
