Mr. Luqman El-Kasabany is the Managing Director of Shaykhi Academy and a native Arabic speaker from Egypt. He graduated from the Faculty of Languages and Translation at Al-Azhar University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies (English Language).
As a Hafiz of the Holy Qur’an, he has earned multiple Qur’an Ijazat in various Qira’at, authorizing him to recite and teach the Qur’an professionally. He has extensive experience teaching Tajweed and Arabic reading to non-native speakers of different ages and cultural backgrounds.
His studies at Al-Azhar University covered a wide range of Islamic sciences, including Tajweed, Arabic language, Fiqh, Aqeedah, Seerah, Tafseer, and Hadith. He currently teaches these subjects through online classes.
Mr. El-Kasabany is also the author of Al-Menhaj, the official curriculum of Shaykhi Academy, and serves as the academy’s Supervisor and Education Manager.
In addition to his educational work, he is committed to continuous professional development, having undertaken training in child development, PMP certification, and digital marketing.
At 26 years old, Masha’Allah, his energy and enthusiasm enable him to connect naturally with younger students and create an engaging learning environment.
