Ijazah in Reading the Poem of Al-Jazariyyah

This is a well-known text on the Science of tajweed by Imam Al-Jazari. He was an eminent and a creative scholar in the field of the qiraat of the Quran, whom al-Suyuti regarded as the “ultimate authority on these matters.

His works on tajweed and qiraat are known to be the most authentic and an excellent piece of work. At the age of 13, he completed the memorization of the Quran and thereafter, started learning the skill of Quranic recitation.
